We have eliminated the high season pricing and simplified our offer: the rates are the same throughout the year and for all apartments. They vary only according to the number of occupants. The rates apply to the standard week, from Saturday to Saturday. Weekly rates in euros per apartment are as follows:  Shorter than one week stays are possible on a last minute basis. | Our rates include taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating, parking (one car per apartment), internet, wood for the fireplace, weekly cleaning and linen change, final cleaning. On request, we can provide extra services: customized cleaning service, a baby cot with linen, rental of a netbook. |

| We offer a discount for long periods (minimum 3 weeks) or for the rental of minimum 3 apartments. |

| Payment can be made (1) in advance through bank transfer, (2) cash or with traveller's cheques on arrival. |

Montepulciano has many narrow streets and little squares where it is almost impossible to park unless you are a resident. Most of the public parkings are outside of the historical centre. Thankfully, we have a safe private parking area at one end of our gated garden (photo). Guest parking for one car is free of charge. On arrival you will be given a key to the gate enabling you to access the parking area 24/7.  |

We are sorry but, due to its position on the steep hill of a Medieval town, our house is not entirely suitable for people with serious physical disabilities.

Babies and toddlers do not pay as long as they sleep in a cot. Parents usually bring their own cot. However, of course, we can provide a cot (plus linen) at a rate of €50/week. Please book in advance as availability is limited.

We love pets but our guests do not always share the same feeling and some may have an allergy to dog or cat hair. We are sorry but for this reason we do not allow pets into the apartments.

The 4 Appartamenti in Giardino share a laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines, two dryers and two irons. Their usage is free of charge.

An area of the garden, furnished with tables, parasols and deck chairs, is reserved for our guests. It is shadowy during the morning and sunny from afternoon till sunset.  |

Montepulciano is at 605 meters (2000 feet) above sea level. The weather is cooler than in the countryside. Consequently, none of the apartments has air conditioning but all of them have fans. The house, thanks to its old thick walls, remains cool during the hot summer weather.

The weekly cleaning and the weekly linen change are included in our rates, as well as the final cleaning that will take place right after your departure. Should you require extra cleaning, we can provide a customized cleaning service that will be charged €8/hour. Please book the service in advance.

If you travel with your laptop or tablet, we have a fast DSL connection to internet in every apartment. Ethernet cables are supplied as well as WiFi. The use of the connection is free of charge.

220 volts. Transformers to 110 volts (for small appliances only) are available on request.
